For most of my career, I've built systems — digital platforms, automated processes, technology that has to work reliably, at scale, for people who never see what's running underneath it. That work taught me something simple: real problems don't get solved by good intentions alone. They get solved by structure — the right design, applied consistently, reaching everyone it's meant to reach.
Hyderabad gave me that career. But it also showed me, up close, how far progress still has to travel. A few hours outside the city I helped build my companies in, across the mandals of Thungathurthy, Bhongir, Aleru, and Nakrekal, a child's education or an elder's dignity still depends on chance rather than on anything built to last.
That gap is why Pasala Foundation exists. Not as a series of donation drives, but as something closer to what I know how to build — a structure. Five clear, deliberate commitments — Children, Youth, Women, Farmers, and Elderly — each addressed on its own terms, with its own outcome, its own accountability. Not a scattered spread of causes chasing whatever need is loudest, but five distinct programmes, each one built to actually work.
My aim as Trustee is straightforward: to make sure Pasala Foundation is built to endure — governed with the same discipline I'd bring to any enterprise, transparent enough that every rupee can be traced to an outcome, and reaching the last village, not just the district headquarters. Not a moment of goodwill, but an institution a family in Nakrekal can still rely on a generation from now.
